Last Friday culminated a wonderful week for our office.

The morning of December 5, 2014 the staff of Donald Law Office welcomed its newest attorney Nicole M. Bishop! Ms. Bishop’s swearing in ceremony was conducted by Judge Vandervoort at the Fairfield County Juvenile/Probate court. Judge Vandervoort and Ms. Bishop shared many common interests including majoring in the field of Business Management in college. They also bonded over their common goals in helping abused and neglected children. The staff in support for Ms. Bishop for her well-deserved accomplishment was there to congratulate her and stand in for the ceremony.

The staff of the Donald Law Office in the spirit of Christmas wanted to do something special for their community and found a creative way to do so. The staff chose three families in need and planned a shopping trip for after the ceremony. Mr. Donald wanted to make sure that each family received coats and gloves for the winter. It was a rewarding experience to give back to the community in a positive way. We made sure that each child received a coat, gloves, and a toy of their choice. We also wanted to make sure the parents of the children received something special so we chose individual items we felt they would appreciate the most.

That evening the staff met at Cheers Chalet in Lancaster, Ohio for their first annual Christmas party. Our office manager Dawn Malone had chosen Cheers as a last minute solution for a venue. It was a great success! Cheers had the party in a private dining hall just for our staff to enjoy. The staff of Cheers had prepared everything perfectly from the décor to the food. We all had a wonderful experience bonding not only as a team but as friends. We promise pictures next year of our special event!
